shifts hard and when tramp down on gas trans downshifts started all at once

1 Answer

You can try to adjust the T/V cable, it controls shift timing and firmness. Locate the cable on the throttle body and make sure it is not broken and connected to the tranny. Then read the adjustment proceedures here. http://news.compperformance.com/Instructions/gm_tv_cable_adjust.pdf It sounds like the cable is being pulled out to far at lower speeds?
