Can u drive a 2005 dodge ram 1500 without the front drive line..?

In all likely hood yes, the only exception I can find is if it is a All Wheel Drive and I don't believe that Dodge trucks have that option available in the States in that year.

You can but not recommened. Transfer cases are balanced to have that load on the front of it, to balance the rear of it. Emergency Yes - all the time no.
