My 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe won't start nothing comes on even when jumper cables are attached.

Car will not start even with jumper cable no power at all. Battery is new. nothing electrical

trace bat. wire to engine ground, trace red hot bat.wire to connection block look for any kind of fusible link or circuit protecting device. turn on lights and wiggle bat wires see if any results by lights

The answer above worked for me. The ground wire coming from the negative battery tierminal to the chassis was loose at the chassis. Wiggling it caused the lights to come on. I removed and cleaned both ends, then replaced. Has started with no issues for a week now... about 40 times.
