CVT concern!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Honda provides the CVT for the new Honda Accord I plan to get but I am very concern about the CVT like the similar defective
one in the past, 1998 to 2005. How reliable is CVT ? any problem with it?

1 Answer

Nissan has been using them for years. They have gotten better over the years and used to keep MPG's up. Frequent some Honda forums for more information. I personally wouldn't purchase a car with one, but that is no indication they are not reliable. Good Luck!
