I have a 2002 Cougar 5-speed, V6 that is having a major oil problem. It's leaking on the motor & my tail pipe is completely black. Small small oil spots on the ground as soon as I put it in park but no major puddles. The smell is awful & it's smoking when I park it after driving it. Had my oil changed on a Wed and by that Sunday, it was completely dry. Not even enough to wet your finger. Please, any ideas on what may be causing this???? 1 Answer

I have an 07 avalanche with plenty of mileage 170k , my gauge reads roughly at 20 at idle , on the road hits 40 , sometimes drops below 20 at a stop , when parked ive also noticed my lifters start ticking after a while of running the motor , it also has the afm system in it , any ideas as to what may be going on or why my gauge doesnt stay at around 40 when idling ? , could my oil pump be going bad ? 3 Answers

Searched for: I have a 98 s10 with a 2.2 motor that has a bad oil leak on the passenger side of the motor. Looks like its coming from a censor not far from the coil packs. can you tell me what that censor is or if its not coming from there then where would it be leaking from in that area? 4 Answers

The oil is pouring bout in that area but I can't tell for sure where it's leaking.
