98 Honda passport shift enabler not responsive. Break fuse blows momenteraly after dim lights and blinker on left side only dim what could be the issue break switch has been attempted in successfully

the main 1/0 black battery cable has a clamp end and a lug end...you must disassemble this lug and wirebrush it shiny...also the chassis ground that it attaches to....with a wirebrush...put them back and enjoy NO more problems....pending a Brand NEW battery~
