car windows go down when key incerted in ignition

take it to have the BCM (body control module) reprogrammed~...and apologies offered for this failure~ YOU never said what year or car....GM car...not Japanese~ 2004 or newer...good guess?

t I seem to remember from somewhere that you can re-synchronise the window(s) by holding the window switch, either up or down for about ten seconds. May or may not help but it's an easy thing to try :D
