94 Jeep g cherokee it will turn over but not crank. I've replaced the csps and had starter rebuilt even hooked a f250 dis to try and jump it but nothing and its getting fuel. any thoughts?

Confusion reigns- turning over IS "cranking"- if you mean it won't fire, then it's either fuel or spark- in a carbed car it's easy to see it getting fuel- if it's fuel injected, how do you know it's getting fuel?

No you jack it is not cranking the engine can turn over with the belt or chain snapped im seeing if the vavles are opening because if its broken it wont start no matter if u have fuel and spark the engine just turns over when an engine cranks it means like cranks up to start i understand engine not smart asss people god i cant stand yall grow up

Its getting weak fire and its getting fuel cause the fuel rail is under pressure
