If it won't crank to could be your starter, you could try the hammer test, set the park brake, make sure it is in park, have someone turn the key to the crank position while you use a small hammer and tap on the starter itself, if it then cranks and starts you found your problem, if that won't do it them you will need a test light or voltmeter the check for power to the main starter post from the battery, if voltage is not present then locate and repair open circuit, then check for key power to the solenoid post when the key it turned to crank, if battery voltage is present and it still won't crank then for sure it is the starter, if voltage is not present then you have an open circuit in the start circuit from the ignition switch, could even be the switch itself. or a park switch if automatic or clutch switch if a standard.
