Jack the rear axle off the ground, tires off the floor. Turn one tire by hand, if the other tire turns in the same direction you have posi, if it turns in the oppiset direction you dont

Probably not, it was a more expensive Dana rear end option & would have been ordered special that way. Unless it is a 440 or 426 Hemi. check history like build sheet, VIN#, or window sticker if available. A small burn- out on some grass or dirt will tell for sure. You'll find out this winter on ice & snow.
