We have recently put a 2006 engine and gear box into a honda crv 2002, all went well but now wont go into reverse, shift up to 3rd and 4th Does anyone have any ideas???

2006 engine and gerbox just been  installed into 2002 Honda CRV but cant get into reverse, and wont change up to 3rd and 4th gears..... Any ideas?

Apparently we need to re-set the computer codes, drive it then re-set it again. As the gear box is not being read properly by car.I will try this and see what happens....
