What is a 'loan value'?

What the bank will loan you on the vehicle you want to buy? wth?

Sorry, you are asking in the wrong place. That's between you and bank/finance company. If the car is 5 years old or older, say pre-2008 model year very few banks will finance them. You will have to use the Manufacturers Credit/ Acceptance Company, all major car companies have them, or a finance company at a higher interest. But as stated, CaGurus does not participate in sales, negotiations or financing. Just listings.
