i have a 95 mazda 626 2.0 A/T that shifts erractically in all gears all speeds and o/d light blinks

Run the OBD II for codes and follow its advice. The O/D light is telling you something is happening with the switch or the electrical system that allows the trans to change in and out of Overdrive. When was the last time you did a service on the transmission ?
