where is the fuser box located on my 2007 vw beetle
...again I am thinking system ground...look at/disconnect the main negative lug as it attaches to the frame/chassis....coarse wirebrush this lug...the spot where it bolts to so that a FULL 300 cold cranking amp potential can be achieved...and will renew the power to the chassis...so your tail lights will work again~...get a NEW battery as five years old or older spells trouble for the alternator~
fuses just don't 'blow'...bulbs can if served too high a voltage~
a dirtyrotten ground connection will not permit power getting back...12 volts can be present, but the ground side's got no where to go (the 1/0 cable connection after having welded itself with each start is fighting a layer of corrosion...think about arc welding...there will be BLUE burning of the metal...well this burnt metal has to go somewhere....yes....clobbering your solid connection to ground....yes this is the problem and can be solved with a coarse wirebrush~
