2012 Accord (assuming EX model) OEM Tire Size is 225/50-17 (meaning 17 inch wheels). 1997 Camry (assuming CE model) is 195/70-14 (meaning 14 inch wheels) = Not compatible. If you can confirm the trim levels of BOTH cars, I can see if there are variations in tire/wheel sizes between trim levels.

Ok I had wrong stuff up. try this: http://www.vehicle-bolt-pattern.com/toyota-lug-reference-guide.html and then same site and change Toyota to Honda and there is a chart. But best of all is go by RacerX. He knows.
