I have a 1995 Nissan altima and the a/c is blowing hot and its full on freon?

If the compressor is engage, and the pressures are around 31 psi. if that year model come equiped with a micro cabin air filter, have it replaced. make sure your compressor clutch is engaging.good luck

Feel the A/C hoses near the firewall. They should be cold. If they are you most likely have a "door" problem. Under the dash and inside the heater box is a door that directs air either through the heater core, A/C evaporater, or both depending on where you have the temperature selector set. If this door is not working you may only get heat. Another possibility is your water control valve which should shut coolant flow to the heater core off when full A/ C is selected might be stuck open. If this is the case you will only get heat as well. HTH. -Jim
