i have a 1995 volvo 850 turbo wagon 2.3 and i,m not getting any compressure in the number four cylander getting pressure in the rest but not that one do i need another motor or can it be fix .

Could be rings. Could be head gasket. Could be valves. It can be fixed. How much it would cost depends on what part is not holding pressure.
