fantastic...6 Volt electrical...you could list all of the electrical components, and we'd be happy to mock up a wiring diagram for you-

I see the headlight is in a pod. You might have to run a ground wire to the body if there is not one now.

Opened 'the pod' as you say, and found all quite clean and untroubled. As there is no ground wire attached to anything one would figure the mounting bolt for the entire light is suspect. I'm going to do whatever will work without opening that thing again. The trim is a trip. 'the pod' ...my favorite Ween album
