arrest warrants? probably not. warranties; depends on the seller.
It is entirely possible that SOME of the previous owners of the used cars may have had warrants issued to them..i.e. search warrants...LOL! J/K! But in all seriousness, as far as warranties go, you can see all sorts of variations here: If you're buying an older car, it may be out of the factory warranty, so the Dealer MAY offer a limited warranty OR it could be "As Is" = no warranty. A used car that's newer, say 2011-2012 will have the balance of the factory warranty. Of course, most Finance people at the Dealership will try to upsell you on an extended warranty.
