93 ranger 4x4 how hard is it to get to seat belt and work on it

not quite sure what you want to do? lessen the amount of pull so it ain't chafin' ya-? there's a plastic cover over the whole thing, try to pull it off of there and you can see the mechanism...or just wanted to remove it wholesale? think there are three bolts that hold it to the frame~
