Hey Thanks for that. I need a serpentine belt, mine is showing signs of age and was about to buy one this week.

TS can you help me? RockAuto shows 26 belts, Dayco Gates Bando Roadmax Goodyear and shows different lengths, What is 'effective length" as opposed to "outside length"? Even when I plug in all information, 2006 Corolla LE 1.8L with A/C they vary by as much as 2.5 inches. I don't know which one to order. And I can not find OE length anywhere, even in the service manual.

Maybe I can help, effective length is the"mean" diameter, or the center of the thickness's along the circumference. The easiest way I found to calculate the length you need is to take a string and loop it around the pulleys and measure the string off the car to get what length you need. But I'm sure you will need a belt 74" , your application will use Dayco 5060740.
