Two burned out bulbs. Corrosion in the connector plug close to left tail light under truck. Loose/broken wires under truck near fixture and rear bumper area. Owners manuel shows how to access bulbs. A test light will help to see if your getting juice at various spots, like trailer plug in with the running lights turned on.
