Hi I have a 2000 ford expedition 4.6 2wd . It keeps bogging down when I come to a stop light or when I slow down and try to accelerate again. But it only does this under a quarter tank of gas when I fill her up she runs fine.I've replaced the fuel pump, air filter, fuel filter, cleaned the maf sensor, changed the plugs ,cats were clogged so I also changed those . Check engine light is on and its showing an o2 sensor reading lean and low voltage. Please help

if its reading lean check for vacuum leaks. does it have lean codes for both banks or just 1?

Only 1 bank 1

It may just be a bad 02 sensor in that case.
