I have a 2001 Montero XLS, and am having a weird problem with the left side front and rear lights (headlights work fine). When I turn on the lights, none of the left side lights illuminate, while the front and rear right side tail and marker lights correctly illuminate. When I turn on the left turn signal, all of the front and rear left side lights flash (tail, marker, and turn). I should add that the brake lights work correctly on both sides. Also, when the flashers or left turn signal are turned on, after about ten seconds, the left turn signal fuse and emergency flashers fuse blow. Once blown, I have no turn signals, left or right. I have a 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited and I am randomly getting front end noise. This can be a rumble or even a howl in the driver's front wheel with vibration. This happens at random and I just never know when. Ths is a AWD NP249 TC and we have replaced both front and rear drive shafts, both cv axles on the front end.The transmission was recently rebuilt about 4 months ago too. I just have no clue what's causing this and it's hard to pinpoint when it happens randomly then after cutting car of will be ok later. I'm thinking perhaps differential but would like an expert opinion. 2 Answers
