after a storm  the engine would not turn off..lights were blinking and engine started and could not turn off...put in gear and finally turned off....also were are the fuses for the fan motor and the trunk

Owners manual should tell you where the fuses are. Does the car have a remote start? If so that system could be giving you the grief.
