very low air flow from all heater vents

I have very low air flow from my heater vents in my 1989 Pontiac Firefly.....I believe the Geo would be the USA model.....fan works fine but very low air flow.....Is there a cabin filter and where is it if there is one? If not why would I have this problem???

Sounds like the heater core and/or evaporator core are clogged with dirt and debris (leaves etc.). Or your A/C compressor is running all the time causing the evaporator core to freeze up & block the airflow. HTH. -Jim
