I need help for led connection

Question type: Car Customization

I am wanting to connect a 12v LED
bar to the speakers in my ute. Would
it work if I just tapped into the
speaker wires? If nt what should I
do?

no. you need more amps than that,you'll need a hot wire from somewhere,ground can be body,thats the basic, not the standard

If you want the LEDs to pulsde to the beat of the music, get a ebay LED sound controller. LED's can be wired to any 12 volt source. They only use milli-amps and you can piggy back them on any fuse in the fuse box.
