Houston Direct grossly misrepresentated a vechile they had listed. I paid $140.00 for a private inspection that I would of never done if they described the truck correctly. Very bad and dishonest people. David and Javier

I know you said Houston Direct, just want to make sure you're not talking about: Texas Direct Auto, who's been selling on eBay for awhile and seems to have a good reputation: http://stores.ebay.com/Texas-Direct-Auto?_trksid=p4340.l2563 Although I don't live in TX, I've thought about buying from them because they seem very reputable. However, I'll assume it's another dealer...if you dealt with them here on Car Gurus and exchanged e-mails back with them from here, the Car Guru Admins will send an e-mail approx. 7 days later with instructions on how to report your experience with the Dealer (you can also report on any others that you've dealt with at the same time). Unfortunately, you can't do so till you get that e-mail...maybe you can send an Admins a message telling them you'd like to do so sooner. I want to report a BS Dealer myself, who I'm glad I didn't buy a car from, but want to let others know about him! Good Luck!!
