Well you are going to want to rebuild it before you stick it in there trust me. This is the time to do it. And you will be very happy and could get up tp 400,000 miles on that particular motor. But to answer your original questions as is with the miles $ 500.00 firm and about another $500.00 to rebuild it. Thanks, Mr. Shannon
