My clutch pedal's resistance gets really strong and my clutch starts slipping. Whats going on?

I have a 91 Honda Accord.  Recently got the clutch master and slave cylinders replaced after they started leaking.  Now when I've been driving a bit, the clutch pedal gets really resistant and the clutch starts slipping.   Any ideas?
