Sure you can. But it's expensive, there are cheaper ways, like waiting for a container to fill that is going to Ivory Coast, Morocco, whatever on Wast coast -- or around-the horn--to East Coast Africa then somehow transported to Central and will take maybe 3-4 months from dock to Central Africa. Unless you are talking a very valuable car, forget it, and INSURE it. If it gets in to Somalia you will never see it -- I answered this question because I have shipped things, (never a car but large items) to Chad
