i bought custom 20 in rims off my friend who had them on a chevy malibu now there on my dodge intrepid 02 they ride smooth until i hit 50 miles per hr steering wheel shakes badly

Sounds like they need to rebalanced. Also check to insure that rims are pulled all the way back and flush against hub.
