I can't go into specific on this forum, but if you've done work on your car already, you need to warm up the car, then jack the car up. The bottom of the transmission has a pan, you have to remove all bolts, remove the pan carefully to let the fluid drain. Replace the filter, clean the mating gasket surfaces, reinstall the bolts with the prper torque. Add the appropriate fluid through the fill hole till it drains out. I'd buy a Haynes or chilton manual to help you through this process. Another option is to have a local shop do a flush and fill, and you don't have to remove the pan.
