i need help iwas driving a chrysler sebring 2000 was going around80 miles an hour then lost power 60 miles then 40miles an hour to zero tons of smoke or steam from under hood car dies no more power

Sounds like either a cooling system issue or more likely a plugged catalytic converter. Check your coolant level. Then check the exhaust if the converter is plugged the exhaust will sound different than before.
