Any suggestion about cheap but great car?

I'm considering to buy a car but it have to cheap but with great features. In addition to that economical in gas. Does anyone has nice suggestion?

Chevy luminas would fit that scenario. Look for 1995 and up. You should be able to get decent one for $1500-$2000. These cars are very reliable good on gas and nice to drive. They do like to have peeling paint however.
