I have an 86, my driver's side running tail light doesn't work but the blinker(same light) does....it works when I press on the brake but not when my headlights are on....help please

The likely problem is the bulb. The bulb has two filaments in it one is for the tail light and the other is for the brake and blinker light. Try changing bulb first off.
