2009 Corolla. The heater - A/C fan stopped working.

The fan for the heater stopped working.  The A/C doesn't work either.  I've verified all fuses are good.  Checked cabin filter, reseated it, etc.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

If it doesn't work at any speeds it is likely a bad blower motor. If it works at top speed only, I would suspect a bad blower motor resistor. Good luck.
