its a daily driver but I'ii be using it during hunting season. would you use the coopers or the sumitomo htr sport a/t tires

probly the best all around tire that i have run into would be the bfgoodrich all terrain t/a ko they last quite awhile and in the mud they clean out really nice ive have more aggressive tires that dident do near as good as the t/a ko their probly your best bet

They are good tires but they are discontinued and cooper is replacing them with a different tire. Im a cooper dealer and I absolutely love them, plus cooper has been in the business almost as long as Goodyear

I second the suggestion to go with the BFG's. They are hands down the best all-around pickup truck tire.

BFGs are exensive and ive had customers love them and ive had customers hate them. If you like the look of the bfg, go with the General AT2. They are good priced and are equivlent in quality. Other good options include: Nitto, Hankook, Hercules, Goodyear, Michelin, Firestone, Bridgestone, and Falken. All these companies make good all-terrain tires. It just depends on what youre looking for as far as tread design, treadwear expectancy, agressivness. Basically, the more agressive, the less wear. They do better in the snow and mud but in the long run are not cost effective.
