how would a freeflow branch help my car.what simple engine mods will power up my car?

your engine is an air pump, so the more you get into your engine the more you can get out. Intake, exhaust. increase the size increase the power.

also i think you meant a free flow bench. Those are used to test the cfm for heads and such after/before porting, or port matching.
