There hasn't been a hybrid battery that needed replacement that I've heard of to date. Batteries are warrantied between 80,000 and 100,000 miles. Drivers have reported still receiving original power after 160,000 miles. http://www.improve-gas-mileage-guide.com/hybrid-cars.html
