When modifying a car, what's better, 2 turbos or 1 supercharger?

that depends entierley on the car, engine, what your planning to do with it, and what the tollerances of the engine are... IE most (not all and ive seen applications where the other is better...) muscle cars take better to supercharging... it also depends what kind of gains you want... A turbo will lag at low revs where a supercharger works all the time... I like supercharging because its a smoother boost than turboing... Most imports and high rev engines take well to turbos but there rice and i hate them... The sounds are different too...
