I know there's an old ferrari (I think it's the 250 GTO) that's now worth $25 million, but i'm not sure if it's the most expensive car out there.

Initial cost is the 1.6 million dollar Veyrons... If you go into collector value it gets fuzzy real fast since they are only worth what someone will pay for them... 1 guy may buy a car for 30 million, but the next guy may only be willing to pay 1 million... so what it worth 30 or 1?
