what is mileage difference between synthetic and conventional oil

Between 2 and 3 thousand miles. Conventional oil should be change every 3000 thousand miles, Full synthetic between 5 and 6 thousand miles. Don't fall for this high miles between oil changes they are trying to stuff down our throats.
