Why don't more people fight traffic tickets?
I ask this question because I hear
so many people between a rock
and a hard place when it comes
to registering , licensencing or
smogging a car.
I am NOT trying to push someone
else's ideas, or "what I heard" OR
trying to make any money.
I beat every ticket easily and the
facts are readily accessible.
Title 31 definitions of the United
States Code explains that a Motor
Vehicle MUST be used for profit
or gain (company vehicle).
The Motor Vehicle Code tells you
"a commercial vehicle is of type
required to be registered under
this code and a passenger vehicle
is not a commercial vehicle ".
Just challenge their jurisdiction
and dont talk of the ticket and DO
NOT ENTER PLEA.

Most people would rather just give up and pay the fine and go about the day.

I have only seen a few people win over the cops and they all had cameras that recorded the vehicles speed, time and location that proved they were not speeding. As the tickets were substantial it was worth fighting and they won and the ticket was thrown out, but it didn’t make the cop happy. So they have been watching for him everywhere they go inside the city. Corruption is everywhere

Did you know , cops dont have jurisdiction to pull you over? Title 31 def. Of USCode says Motor Vehicle is ONLY for Commercial Vehicles. So the MV code book doesnt apply. Look at the picture. I didnt show up for trial and still won
