Autozone services not charged

Is it true that autozone does not charge the seller for their service

If you go to their website, and go to the bottom of the webpage on the right under Services and In store services, most if not all are free. They make the services free, so you will purchase parts from them, like batteries.

Basic services like checking the charging system, computer codes etc. are free. I'm not awared of them doing any major services and charging for them due to their insurance policy.
