How does the pricing estimate work???

Asked by GuruX4GW1 Dec 05, 2022 at 03:55 PM

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My listing says "overpriced"  $5K  above market. But the same car with double the miles listed for  $2K  more than mine says "fair deal" WTF?  This isnt right. That will turn someone off of my ad.

Estimates are based on condition, mileage and location. Are you comparing a vehicle sold at a dealer? Private party prices are always lower. So you can't compare vehicle prices with dealer, but with other personal ads.
