Dodge magnum stalling

I have a 2006 Dodge Magnum every time I
come to a stop the car stalls I try to start it
back up and it struggles I have to turn it
back off and turn it back on it'll start up
and run fine it happens every time I come
to a stop does anybody know what this is?
Please I need your help thank you!

Sounds like a bad IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. Hope that helps! Jim
