2003 Yukon won't turn over red padlock

My 03 Yukon won't crank. Instead I get a
red padlock icon. Have tried using both
keys, remotes, removing battery cables
and the turn on and wait three Cycles

Then it is in full lockdown mode. You may find a locksmith or maybe an independent shop that can reset it but if not then you stuck having it towed to the dealer and having them do it for a horrible price.
