Well Bob if they go that far then they will also need the transmission and everything that goes with that. Either way it not going to be plug and play.

No, 1999 is OBD II but 1995 could be either OBD I or OBD II. They're completely different computer control systems and are not compatible with each other. The first thing you need to find out is which system you have and go from there. 1994 and older is definitely OBD I. 1996 and newer is definitely OBD II. Personally I wouldn't bother with it. In the long run I think it'll be more cost effective and less of a hassle to just replace the vehicle. Hope that helps! Jim
