Do you have a service that involves dealers who are interested in buying
vehicles? Or, do I have to list the vehicle like any other "car for sale" ad?

Cargurus is a listing ad site. If you want offers from dealers, you will need to contact them individually. Cargurus does purchase and or sell vehicles. Remember that you will get wholesale prices if you go that route, which is lower than trade in price and lower than if you sell the vehicle outright as a private sale.
